Tar Barrel - Ottery St. Mary

Each country has its own costumes and traditions, some you can recognize similarities elsewhere some you can not. This fair is held on the 5th of November each year in a small place called Ottery St. Mary. The history of when and why it started is somehow lost. All goes, matters only what lived on. In today’s days is all about burning barrels on local people's backs and a packed crowd eager to see them being run among the swirling mob. In a short sentence: a good laugh and a good fun!

Cornwall, St.Ives

Being a seaside town catapults St. Ives into a perfect destination for seafood lovers. Although the outside of this Inn look-alike many others across England, only when you sit inside and have a taste of their food you can start to appreciate the differences.
